Prevent Tragedies

The Prevent Tragedies website was created because of the increasing concern about the worrying numbers of young people who are putting themselves at risk by travelling to Syria and to help the numbers of families that have been torn apart by fear when their loved ones travel.

The website has contributions from women from communities, charities, public sector organisations and Government departments. They aim to work together to help keep loved ones safe, to try and address the numerous issues and sign up to the resolution to Prevent Tragedies.

Prevent Tragedies want to appeal to family members to share their concerns so they can access the help and support they need to protect their loved ones.
