Individual Case Management

This section provides guidance on statutory requirements on what must happen if somebody has concerns about the welfare of a child (including children living away from home) and, in particular, has concerns that a child may be suffering, or may be at risk of suffering, significant harm. It incorporates the guidance on information sharing, and sets out the principles that underpin work to safeguard and promote the welfare of children.
